Classification comparison forms

There is a single form for comparing classifications, whether based on CLP or GHS:

This form is a simple table to allow you to view different classifications side-by-side, and help you arrive at a decision on what the overall classification of a substance or mixture should be.

Don’t forget to attach your notes on how you arrive at the decision to the back of the form, so you have a complete record of your thoughts.  This is essential in case you come back to the classification in the future, or you are inspected by the HSE.
